New Accounts

 All new account orders will be sent prepaid or COD until an open account is established.  To establish an open account, submit three credit references and banking information with complete addresses, contact names, phone numbers, fax numbers, and account numbers.  Credit will be established only with Lasercraft Designs approval. In order to keep costs as low as possible, Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

Open Accounts

All open accounts are due 30 days from the invoice date.  Unpaid balances are subject to 1.5% per monthly service charge. All “special” promotions are subject to payment terms or promotion special will not apply and account will be responsible for full payment plus interest. Customers not making timely payments will be placed on a prepay or COD basis only.

Canadian Accounts

All Canadian accounts must be paid in US funds.  Money orders are preferred.

Minimum Orders

There is a minimum order of 4 per item with the exception of earrings (2 per item). All items have multiples of 2 per item. Minimum total order is $100.

Custom Products

Custom ornaments – Special designs will be quoted on a per job basis.  There is a minimum opening order and will vary depending upon the amount of time involved, but are typically between 48 and 100 pieces.  Customer supplied artwork must be deemed useable by Lasercraft Designs or additional graphic design charges may apply.  Please call (800) 451-0027 for more information on custom ornaments.
