All orders are shipped UPS GROUND, unless customer specifies another method. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned. Breakage—All broken items must be declared within ten days of receipt of merchandise. Returns—All returns must have prior authorization within ten days of receipt of the merchandise. Custom Items—Many of our products can be personalized. Special designs will be quoted on a per job basis. Customer supplied artwork must be deemed usable by Lasercraft Designs or additional graphic design charges may apply. Thank you for your order.
